At MSA Health Care Center, it is our pleasure to provide you with the best of care. We want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. Our highly qualified staff is available to assist you.

The following are some of MSA Health Care Centers policies you should be familiar with:

Payment is expected at time of service (copays, deductibles, etc.)
Please arrive approximately 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
Please bring insurance ID cards for all insurances you are covered by, to each appointment. If you are covered by more than one insurance please notify our staff.
